- Be permanently employed or receive a regular income
3. Loan Products
We offer short-term financial solutions designed to meet urgent needs:
- Payday Loans: Repayable on your next salary date
- Emergency Loans: For unexpected financial situations payable within a month
We offer up to a maximum of R3000,00 Credit, and a loan term of only 1 month.
4. Application Process
All loan applications require:
- Submission of accurate personal and financial information
- Verification of employment and income
- Completion of a loan agreement outlining terms and repayment schedule
Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection or legal action.
5. Repayment Terms
- Repayment is due on the next following payday from the loan date (Month to month payment)
- Repayments are due on the agreed date as per your loan agreement
- Late payments may incur additional fees and interest
- Non-payment may result in legal action and credit bureau listing
6. Fees and Charges
All fees, interest rates, and charges are disclosed upfront in your loan agreement. Mafedi Cash Loans does not charge hidden fees.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy. All personal information is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law or for credit verification purposes.
8. Regulatory Compliance
Mafedi Cash Loans is a registered credit provider with the National Credit Regulator (NCR). We operate in full compliance with South African credit laws and regulations.
