In accordance with Section 63 of the National Credit Act (NCA), every consumer has the right to request and receive any legally required document related to a credit agreement in an official South African language of their choice.

The following documents may be made available in all official languages (in addition to English) upon request:
- Loan quotations
- Credit agreements
- Section 129 notices (debt enforcement)
- System-generated communications (e.g., emails and SMSes)
- General written correspondence

4. Primary Language of Communication
Our primary language of business communication is English. All official documents, agreements, and notices are issued in English to maintain consistency and legal clarity. However, we strive to accommodate clients who prefer communication in other South African languages where possible.
5. Accessibility and Support
Clients may request verbal explanations or translations in isiZulu, Sesotho, Sepedi, isiXhosa, Tsonga, isiNdebele, Setswane, isiSwati, Tshivenda and Xitsonga depending on staff availability. Our consultants will ensure that all key terms—such as interest rates, repayment schedules, and fees—are clearly explained before any agreement is finalized.
6. Updates and Revisions
Mafedi Cash Loans may update this Language Policy periodically to reflect changes in legislation or operational practices. The latest version will always be available on our website.
